The MCDC monthly and quarterly events have an average attendance rate of 50 to 85 and annual events have an average attendance rate of 120 to 150 individuals year after year.

Sponsorship Opportunities

  

We promote a path to businesses growth by coordinating several engaging and value-added events throughout the year.  Each event is designed for lead generation, applicable education opportunities, business promotion, legislative updates, and more.

Sponsorship opportunities are available to both MCDC members and non-members. 

 

Available Sponsorship Opportunities

 

MCDC Brokers & Breakfast  ($350 — $500)

MCDC’s Commercial Real Estate group’s B&B  brings commercial and industrial real estate professionals to the sponsor’s vacancy.  As a sponsor, you provide food & beverages for roughly 40, and create a stellar program to highlight your work and your site.  You will receive brand recognition in all promotional materials.

 

MCDC Spotlight at Night  ($1000 — $1500)

The MCDC Spotlight typically takes place after work hours and provides an opportunity for a business to showcase  itself to key corporate decision makers across the broad range of industries.  Sponsor selects the venue and you provide food & beverages.  You will speak and will receive brand recognition in all promotional materials.

 

MCDC Young Professionals Mixer  ($250 — $500)

Through the MCDC YPG, ambitious young professionals also have a place to become involved in a larger capacity throughout Montgomery County. The group offers networking, professional development, and other opportunities during evening social mixers. You will receive brand recognition in all promotional materials and will be given the opportunity to speak.

 

MCDC Workshop/Seminar Breakfast  ($500 — $1,000)

The MCDC organizes quality education workshops and seminars in targeted industries for both members and non-members. This provides an opportunity for attendees to exchange ideas and broaden understanding of a variety of topics which change annually.  Learn best practices from world-renowned experts.  Other panels describe how to access programs and incentives available at various levels of government.  You will receive brand recognition in all promotional materials and will be involved the panel as the MC or at minimum a panelist.

 

MCDC Legislative Luncheon & Award Ceremony  ($1000 — $3500)

Building relationships to government leaders—be it municipal, state, or at the federal level—is critical.  At our legislative luncheon, we honor members of the General Assembly and executive branches within the Commonwealth.  It’s a terrific opportunity to engage with our elected and appointed officials and drive your business forward.  Topics will include budget, economic climate, stories of hope, and importance of relationship building.  You will play a key part in the event’s program and your sponsorship will cover venue, food, and other incidental costs such as program printing and award plaques.

 

MCDC Annual Membership Meeting & Award Ceremony  ($500 — $2500)

The Annual Membership Meeting updates membership, touching on the operational components to MCDC.  Awards will be presented to valuable community leaders and those who have demonstrated incredible support.  As a sponsor, you will be helping to create high-profile networking opportunities with MCDC members, business leaders, and other guests.  You will receive brand recognition in all promotional materials and will be involved in the program’s development.  You will have a dedicated vendor table for your materials.

 

MCDC Holiday Mixer  ($500 — $2500)

Celebrate the holiday with our annual charity mixer!  The non-profit drive rotates annually.  This event is festive with a minimum program, so speaking opportunities may be limited depending on crowd’s energy!  However, your opportunity to receive brand recognition will be highlighted before and during the event.

 

MCDC Incidental Sponsor  ($100)

This sponsor opportunity underwrites awards, prizes, promotional materials, trophies, food & beverages  to help make our events seamless and special.  You will be a part of promotional materials and will be recognized at the event.

 


Event sponsorship payments must be paid in full no later than one business week from the day of event. Businesses will not be advertised as an event sponsor until full payment has been processed.
